Oner Active has appointed Jessica Higgs to her first Chief Financial Officer role, according to The Industry.fashion. The women's activewear brand, based in Londres, is at the same time preparing to open its first permanent store in New York.

Jessica Higgs joined Oner Active in October 2022 and had since led the company's finance department through its growth. She previously held positions at L'Oréal and Net-A-Porter. In her new role, she will oversee the brand's long-term financial direction and introduce processes adapted to its international markets.

Krissy Cela, founder and creative director of Oner Active, welcomed the appointment: "We're thrilled to announce Jessica's new role as Chief Financial Officer at Oner Active. Every senior leadership appointment comes off the back of careful consideration and confidence in their alignment with our vision for the future of the business." She added: "Jessica has been an integral part of this team for four years, and it's with her expertise, tenacity and care that we're able to step into a new chapter for Oner, going further than we could have ever imagined. There is no one more suitable to take on this role."

A retail expansion in the États-Unis

The brand, founded by Krissy Cela in 2020, has built a community of nearly 10 million women worldwide. According to the company, its brand and founder channels generate more than two billion organic impressions.

Oner Active plans to open its first permanent store at 0 Bond Street, in the NoHo district of Manhattan, in October 2026. The future flagship store measures 4,700 square feet and is the subject of a 10-year lease. It will offer an exclusive capsule collection for New York.

This physical expansion builds on notable product performance. The SoftMotion collection, launched in November 2024, generated more than $5 million during its first six days of sales. Oner Active has also sold one million SoftMotion products in 2026.

Zach Duane, the brand's managing director, said in December 2025 that the company expected to begin its physical retail rollout in the États-Unis, while noting that the Royaume-Uni remained an important prospective market, then accounting for 20% of the business.
