According to FashionUnited France, Kering would appoint Charlotte Fournet as CEO of Pomellato and Krizia Cucurachi as CEO of DoDo. Both executives would take up their duties on 15 September.
These appointments come after the reorganisation carried out in March, when Kering grouped Boucheron, Pomellato, DoDo and Qeelin together under a single entity, Kering Jewelry, led by Jean-Marc Duplaix. Formerly the group's Directeur des opérations, he is now CEO of Kering Jewelry, and the two new CEOs would report directly to him. The group also folded its industrial capabilities into the entity, notably Raselli Franco Group, which is expected to play a central role.
Charlotte Fournet joined Saint Laurent in 2014, then Gucci in 2019 and Bottega Veneta in 2020, where she held the position of collection merchandising director. Kering highlights its intention to « faire émerger en interne une nouvelle génération de dirigeants ».
A division driving the group's growth
In the first half of 2026, Kering Jewelry generated revenue of 521 million euros, with a recurring operating margin of 6.2%, compared with 3.5% a year earlier. In the first quarter, revenue reached a record 269 million euros, up 22% on a comparable basis; in the second quarter, momentum continued with 252 million euros and growth of 18% on a comparable basis. Over six months, Kering Jewelry therefore posts growth of 20%, while the group's total revenue rises by only 1% on a comparable basis.
Boucheron reached record levels in the second quarter, supported notably by Japon and Asie-Pacifique and by the launch of Quatre XS. DoDo, meanwhile, had a tougher second quarter after a high comparison base. Kering Jewelry's operating margin gained 2.7 points year on year, but remains well below that of Kering Eyewear, which reaches 23%.
These results come as Gucci remains down 5% on a comparable basis in the first half, despite a sequential improvement, and as the Fashion & Leather Goods segment still declines by 1%. Faced with the slump in its fashion business, the group is playing its jewellery card and imposing integrated management on its jewellery Maisons.
