The stock opened higher at 58.06 euros before climbing to an intraday high of 58.44 euros, surpassing by +0.27% the previous all-time high of 58.28 euros, also reached during a session on 19 February 2026.

The session finally closed at 58.18 euros per share, above the previous closing record of 57.92 euros set on 19 February. According to the same source, this is the first time since Inditex's stock market listing on 23 May 2001 that the group's shares have closed a session above 58 euros.

This surge is said to have allowed the company to set a new market capitalisation record, once again exceeding 180 billion euros, precisely 181.22 billion euros compared with 132.91 billion euros on 4 August 2025.

A continuous revaluation

L'action Inditex is said to have gained +20% compared with the low of 48.48 euros recorded at the close on 12 May, and +2.97% compared with the 56.50 euros opening level of the 2026 stock market year. Over the longer period, the increase would reach +40.67% compared with the 41.36 euros closing price of 4 August 2025.

According to FashionUnited France, Inditex shares are being boosted by the latest assessments of the company carried out by analysts at Bank of America or Barclays. Barclays thus set a price target of 62.50 euros per share in its latest update on Inditex, published on 27 July, suggesting an upside potential of +7.42%. RBC Capital Markets, for its part, maintains a price target of 63 euros, corresponding to a revaluation potential of +8%.

L'objectif of financial analysts' average price target currently stands at 59.54 euros per share, which would leave only a reduced upside potential of +2.34% compared with the level reached on Tuesday. Reste to see how the listing will evolve in the coming days.
