Hermès has signed a lease to open a boutique at Hyde Park Village, in the historic district of Tampa, Floride, according to WWD. The store, which will span 8,030 square feet, will occupy a two-story building.

L'ouverture is planned for 2027. Hyde Park Village is an open-air development spread across six city blocks, combining retail, dining and hospitality. The site already hosts local and national brands such as Alice + Olivia, Zimmermann, Peter Millar, LoveShackFancy and Veronica Beard. Ralph Lauren and Frame are also expected to open a boutique there soon.

The center also includes the Michelin-starred restaurants On Swann and Ro sushi, as well as a social lounge, a gallery space and a boutique hotel.

For Samantha David, president of WS Development, the owner of the center, Hermès' arrival illustrates the house's exacting standards when it comes to openings. « Hermès is unparalleled in its devotion to craftsmanship and quality. This opening is part of the house's international network, which operates more than 300 stores in 45 countries.
