Dior inaugurated a new flagship store, named House of Dior, on Via Monte Napoleone in Milan, starting 18 September 2026. L'espace, housed in a neoclassical building dating from the late XVIIe century, spans three storeys designed by architect Peter Marino, with landscaping by Peter Wirtz across terraces, courtyards and planted walls.

The ground floor houses bags and accessories for women and men, as well as men's ready-to-wear and shoes, arranged around a glass atrium. A restaurant and a garden complete this level. The first floor presents the women's collections designed by Jonathan Anderson, while the second floor is reserved for private salons and a beauty space.

The high jewellery of Victoire de Castellane also has its place in the boutique, surrounded by a collection of artworks: a portrait of Christian Dior by Michelangelo Pistoletto, the Ginkgo bench by Claude Lalanne and shelving units by Vittorio Introini. The store's two staircases each carry a distinct signature: the men's staircase reinterprets the codes of Dior's 30 Montaigne through a wooden wall adorned with white canvases, while the women's staircase pairs stone with wrought-iron details and contemporary works by Lee Bul and Claudia Wieser.

The opening also unveils Monsieur Dior, a restaurant designed by Peter Marino and run by Tuscan chef Enrico Bartolini. The menu draws on the concept of layering, connecting the house's stylistic codes to dishes such as hand-cut Piedmontese beef and a chocolate dessert referencing the 30 Montaigne address.

The boutique's window displays are made entirely from fabric offcuts from Dior's workshops, forming scenes inspired by the gardens of Milan, with a nod to the flamingos of the city's Villa Invernizzi. For the opening, the house also presents a leopard print referencing Mizza Bricard, Christian Dior's muse and collaborator, as well as a khaki utility jacket from the men's winter 2026-2027 collection.

In leather goods, the Lady Dior bag comes in small and mini formats, in black, chalk and honey.
