Brooks Running is said to have posted a record second quarter, after already delivering the best first quarter in its history, according to information reported by Footwear News. Over the two combined quarters, the brand shows revenue growth of 14% cumulative since the start of the year.

Momentum driven by Europe and Asia

Internationally, the increase is particularly marked in the EMEA region, where revenues are said to have jumped 39% in the first half, compared with 10% in the Asie-Pacifique region. Brooks is said to be maintaining its number one position in Allemagne in the segment of performance running shoes for adults sold from 90 euros, and, according to Footwear News, is said to have outpaced the French market, which grew 11% in the second quarter, the market data cited being based on estimates and retail tracking statistics from Circana.

In the États-Unis, Brooks is said to have retained its position as the number one brand in specialty retail for the sixth consecutive month. The specialty retailer Fleet Feet is also said to have ranked the brand as top seller for the 11th consecutive year in a recent survey.

Trail and accessories drive product growth

On the product side, the 25-year-old Adrenaline GTS franchise is said to have grown 19% year over year in the second quarter. Demand for Ghost Trail and the Cascadia franchise is said to have been particularly strong, with the latter jumping 58% for the quarter, bringing growth in trail styles to 71% year over year. Accessories are said to have grown 29% over the same period.

Internal reorganization and sports visibility

These results come alongside a change in the organization. Carson Caprara was promoted to chief product officer this year, while the responsibilities of chief marketing officer Melanie Allen were expanded. Mike Billish was named senior vice president and general manager of the Amériques, a newly created position as part of what the brand describes as its strategic evolution. Claire Wood, who previously worked at New Balance and Sorel, joined the company as vice president of footwear product strategy, and Marc Misiewicz, a 26-year veteran at Brooks, was promoted to vice president of U.S. wholesale sales. Shawn Kohn and Micah Tanaka were also promoted within the U.S. wholesale sales group, while Rick Wilhelm continues to lead sales for the specialty running channel.

On the sports front, the brand highlights several performances by its athletes, including the mile world record broken by Josh Kerr at the Diamond League meeting in Londres, and the results of Jess McClain and Clayton Young at the Boston marathon. The global running market, one of the most important growth drivers for the industry according to Brooks, reached $43 billion in 2025, up 10% year over year.
