Blancheporte announces the appointment of Alexandre Coo as director of finance and operations, according to a statement issued by the retailer. His inclusion on the executive committee will take effect from 22 September.
This role was previously held by Franck Duriez, chairman and chief executive officer of Blancheporte, who combined responsibilities for finance, logistics and customer relations. Still according to the retailer, this restructuring aims to consolidate the company's governance and to oversee its future phases of development.
Âgé of 45 according to FashionUnited France, Alexandre Coo is said to hold a degree from Toulouse Business School and to have begun his career at KPMG Audit, before moving into advising executives on fundraising, disposals and acquisitions. He is then said to have moved into retail within the Adeo group, where he is said to have risen to the position of managing director of the Alice Délice retail chain. He is also said to have co-founded Will&Alex, a direct-sales company for kitchen utensils, before joining the urban lifestyle retailer FootKorner as deputy managing director for finance, performance and development.

Founded in 1806 in Tourcoing, Blancheporte is today among the leading French players in online commerce in the fashion and home sectors. Ciblant a customer base of women aged 50, the brand relies on collections developed by its in-house style department.
The company recorded revenue of 170 million euros excluding tax in 2025 and states that it generates 80% of its sales online. It claims 4 million annual orders and 2 million unique visitors to its website each month. Blancheporte has 200 employees and operates in France, Belgique and internationally.
