André Branch would become the new president of Pandora North America effective 15 August, according to WWD. He would succeed Luciano Rodembusch, who left the Danish jeweller in February.

André Branch was most recently chief executive officer of R.e.m. Beauty, Ariana Grande's cosmetics brand, where he spent a year. Before that, he was general manager of MAC Cosmetics North America. He also held senior executive positions at Estée Lauder, L'Oréal, Diageo and Kraft Heinz, amassing more than 25 years of experience in the consumer, beauty and lifestyle sectors.

Massimo Basei, chief commercial officer at Pandora, describes André Branch as « un leader commercial très accompli avec un solide historique de croissance dans des entreprises grand public à l'échelle mondiale ». The company states that Branch's mandate aims to deepen relevance with customers, broaden the brand's appeal and capture « opportunités de croissance significatives » in North America.

André Branch says he wants to build on the « position forte de Pandora en Amérique du Nord », citing the region's significant potential and a focus on execution, customer relevance and sustainable growth.

A key region under pressure

The United States represents Pandora's largest and fastest-growing region. The company announced plans in 2025 for a new, larger distribution centre in Maryland, described as a « jalon significatif » strengthening its « engagement de long terme » to the American market.

Pandora's first-quarter results showed the company's resilience despite weakness in North America and Europe and strong macroeconomic headwinds.

This appointment comes under the leadership of CEO and president Berta de Pablos-Barbier, who took up her role in January. In February, Pandora had named Philippa Newman chief product officer, while Stephen Fairchild was promoted to the newly created role of chief strategic creative and cultural officer. In May, Berta de Pablos-Barbier had described 2026 as an « année de transition » during which the company would shift gears on design, brand and market.

Pandora will publish its second-quarter results on 13 August.
