Kontoor Brands, the American group that owns the Lee and Wrangler brands, is reported to have appointed Jamie Caulfield and Michael Skipworth to its board of directors, with immediate effect according to FashionUnited UK. The two arrivals would bring the size of the board from seven to nine members.

Jamie Caulfield, 67, recently held the position of executive vice president and chief financial officer of PepsiCo, a beverage and food group that generates nearly $94 billion in net revenue. He is said to have spent a 30-year career at the company. He would sit on the audit committee as well as on Kontoor's nominating and governance committee.

Michael Skipworth, 49, is currently president and chief executive officer of Wingstop, an American restaurant chain that operates and franchises more than 3,000 locations worldwide. He previously held the position of president and chief operating officer there. He would join the audit committee and the talent and compensation committee at Kontoor.
