WSN is presenting Jill, a new transdisciplinary trade show bringing together fashion, accessories, craft, design and visual culture, according to FashionUnited UK. The project had been announced by the outlet in March 2026, before the press release detailed its content.
This new event would mark, according to FashionUnited UK, the arrival on the Parisian scene of Jean-Pierre Blanc, former director of the Festival de Hyères, as artistic director. The scenography has been entrusted to Jean-Baptiste Fastrez. Jill draws on the success of Matter & Shape, another trade show organised by WSN, and aims for a format that is both B2B and B2C.
Fashion, accessories and craft brought together
The concept, described in the press release as « attentive to savoir-faire, narratives and gestures », brings together collaborations, one-off pieces and limited editions. On the couture side, Rabih Kayrouz, lecourtmansion, Stéphanie Coudert and Milia Maroun are among the participants. An off-site cultural trail is also planned, with the Galerie du Passage, the exhibition devoted to Yves Saint Laurent at Christian Dior as seen by Willy Maywald, the OFR bookshop, the Duperré school and the Institut du monde arabe. At the heart of the trade show, the Satellite Library will host a curatorial extension of the International Library of Fashion Research of Oslo.
The trade show will be held from 2 to 5 October 2026, during Paris Fashion Week, under a tent adjacent to Première Classe and the Run showroom. An annual programme of visits and meetings centred on craft is planned to create engagement beyond Paris fashion week alone.
