The Celine/Reebok Freestyle Lo sneaker will launch in a selection of stores and on Celine.com starting September 10, according to Footwear News. The model, made of lambskin leather, would be the house's first known sneaker collaboration, according to the same source.

This partnership draws on a historic model: Reebok had introduced the Freestyle in 1982 as the first sport shoe designed specifically for women. The version reworked by Michael Rider, Celine's creative director since October 2024 following Hedi Slimane's departure, had been revealed in June at the Paris Men's Fashion Week show. Rider had made his debut at Celine in July 2025 with a men's and women's collection.

Eight colourways and exclusive pieces

The sneaker will be offered in eight colourways, including Optic White, Black, Butter, Beige, Peanut, Dark Brown, Oxblood and Fluo Red. A removable leather tag pairs the Triomphe motif, Celine's historic emblem, with the Reebok logo. A limited «Alldayeveryday» model will be available exclusively at the Celine Wooster Street store in New York and the Celine Omotesando store in Tokyo, where unreleased shades will also be reserved.

The Freestyle Lo, originally designed for fitness use, has over time become a classic praised for its versatile character.
