Aubade is said to have appointed Élise An as chief administrative and financial officer, according to FashionUnited UK. This executive has more than ten years of experience in international companies in luxury, perfumery and B2B, where she developed expertise in financial and operational management.
This arrival is part of a broader effort to strengthen management at the lingerie brand, a subsidiary of the Swiss group Calida. Anne Gilbert was appointed human resources director just over a week before the announcement of Élise An's appointment. Earlier this year, Aubade had already announced the creation of a centralised retail team led by its chief executive, Claire Masson. This new entity merges the retail, space management and wholesale divisions in order to better respond to market demands.
These appointments come during a major transformation phase for Aubade. At the level of the Calida group, revenue declined, but net profit rose thanks to the sale of the Lafuma Mobilier division, which specialises in outdoor furniture.
According to FashionUnited UK, Élise An will play an active role in laying the groundwork needed to continue the company's transformation.
