According to Industries Cosmétiques, Emilie Revel would now be heading Beiersdorf's Business Unit Derma France. Her appointment would be effective from 1 June 2026, with a seat on the France-Benelux Comité de direction.

Her career took her from L'Oréal to Pierre Fabre, where she held marketing development roles, before joining Beiersdorf for fourteen years, between 2009 and 2023, working on brands such as Eucerin and Nivea. More recently, she held global and regional marketing management roles at Kenvue, covering Southern Europe and portfolios including Le Petit Marseillais, Neutrogena, Aveeno, OGX, Biafine and CicaBiafine.

Her remit would cover three areas: accelerating the growth of the Derma business in France, sustaining the momentum of the existing teams, and strengthening execution excellence as well as cross-functional collaboration. » She added that, in the spirit of the « Win With Care » ambition, she intends to accelerate Eucerin's growth in France by strengthening engagement with healthcare professionals and closeness to consumers.

This return would come with managerial responsibilities within the local committee, positioning the business unit to pursue its commercial and partnership initiatives in the French market.
